How cancellations and refunds work at Servero. Payments processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
Servero.io is a product, operated by Md. Ashiqur Rahaman, a sole trader based in Khulna, Bangladesh. All payments for Servero subscriptions are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), who acts as the authorised Merchant of Record for all transactions. This means your purchase is made from Paddle, and Paddle's refund and buyer protections apply to your transaction.

You can cancel your Servero subscription at any time from your account dashboard - no need to contact us.
When you cancel:
To cancel, log in to your account and go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. You can also manage or cancel your subscription via the link in your Paddle receipt email, or by visiting paddle.net.
All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refund requests are handled directly by Paddle and are granted at Paddle's discretion on a case-by-case basis.
To request a refund, use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your Paddle confirmation email, or visit paddle.net. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.
If a refund is approved, your access to Servero ends immediately upon processing. You will not retain access to the plan for the remainder of the billing period.
Where applicable law provides consumer rights stronger than the above, those rights always apply.
If you experience a persistent technical issue that prevents you from using Servero as described, contact us at support@servero.io before submitting a refund request. We will attempt to resolve the issue. If we are unable to, Paddle will process a refund in accordance with applicable law.
Upgrades take effect immediately. You will be charged a pro-rated amount for the remainder of your current billing period, with future cycles billed at the full new rate.
Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
If your payment fails, Paddle will attempt to reprocess the charge and notify you by email. If payment cannot be collected, your account will be moved to the Free plan. Your data and containers are preserved. You can reactivate your paid plan at any time by updating your payment method via paddle.net.
